    The Ann Arbor area Real Estate news just keep getting better.  The Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS has just published the year-end, December, 2013 statistical report. Positive price improvements across the board with more listings and multiple offers being presented. The Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Real Estate Market is described as robust by our local board.  We are grateful for our positive housing recovery in Washtenaw County.  Here are some of the highlights below.

    The year-to-date Average List Price is up 16% over last year with a year-to-date average list price of $254,260.
