Deer Run Subdivision is a popular subdivision located on the outskirts of Dexter in Webster Township. There are under 30 homes in Deer Run. Nestled along the banks of the Huron River, the Village of Dexter is a friendly town. The location is what makes this neighborhood. Dexter is a very picturesque location with under 3,000 inhabitants that offers boutique shopping and restaurants as well as outstanding community parks, libraries and more! The Portage Lake Chain of lakes is within minutes, just north on Dexter-Pinckney Road. If you like Sailing – then visit the Portage Yacht Club which is on the chain as well. Fishing on the Huron River is also very popular for anglers.
